Molten Choc Protein Pudding

Ingredients

185g butter
185g dark chocolate
4 eggs
150g coconut sugar
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
100g self raising flou

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 5.
Next, place the butter and chocolate in a small saucepan on low heat and continuously stir
until melted.
Pour the melted chocolate into a bowl, add the eggs, sugar and flour and whisk well to
combine.
Pour the mixture into six individual ramekins and place in a larger baking dish. Fill the dish
with enough water so that it comes up to half the height of the ramekins.
Bake for 40-45 minutes
