Crunchy Prosciutto Pasta

Ingredients

400g spaghetti (cooked) (gluten free if required)
8 slices prosciutto
2 cloves garlic
250ml light cream
2 tbsp lime juice
15g parsley
Sea salt & cracked peppe

Instructions

Start by cooking pasta according to packet instructions.
Heat oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6 and line a baking tray with baking paper. Lay prosciutto
on the tray and cook for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
In a medium sized skillet, add the garlic, cream and lime juice. Heat for 3-5 minutes on
medium heat, stirring continuously. Add the pasta and stir to heat through.
Finally, add the parsley and season with salt & cracked pepper.
Divide into four bowls and serve immediately.
