Grilled Mushrooms

Ingredients

60ml balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
4 large portobello mushrooms, stems and gills removed
Sea salt & cracked pepper

Instructions

Firstly, preheat the griddle.
Next, in a shallow dish, mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, thyme, garlic, salt & cracked
pepper. Place the mushrooms in the dish and allow them to coat in the marinade for 30-40
minutes, turning regularly.
Spray the griddle with a little olive oil cooking spray and cook mushrooms for 4-5 minutes,
each side, brushing them with any extra marinade as you go.
Serve immediately.
